TOMRV is the Tour of the Mississippi River Valley. WCCC groups have participated in the past, last time in 2016. Join 1,000 bicycling enthusiasts on a well supported ride on scenic roads, through Midwest farmland, and along the Mississippi River, through quaint towns like Galena, IL and then spend the night either camping or in a dorm at Clarke University in Dubuque with beer, bands and food.

Mark Fry is organizing the group to keep everyone in touch and has the capacity to drive and transport several bikes and members. He will be leaving on Friday afternoon and arriving back in Chicago on Sunday night.

The tour includes a long route and a shorter route on both days of riding. Saturday is 106 or 69 miles and Sunday is 90 or 46 miles. You also have the option of just doing Saturday with a $25 ride back to the start on Sunday.

Your registration fee covers sags and other road support, services at Clarke University, the banquet on Saturday evening, and a ride tee shirt. For this year (their 40th tour), a patch/luggage tag is also included. Jerseys and rooms at Clarke on Saturday night are purchased separately as you need.

Register on WCCC site so we know who is planning to attend. Then register on the TOMRV site to secure your spot.

Now - Mar 31 - $73
Apr 1 - May 26 - $84
Late registration May 26 - Jun 8 (online only) - $95
On site, register at packet pickup or on-site - $100

If want to order a jersey, the cut-off date is April 6, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. No jerseys will be sold after this date.

They offer overnight choices on the Clarke Campus. All rooms come with bed linens, pillows, and towels. Additionally many riders stay overnight in Dubuque motels or camp:

Room types that are left on campus (as of 3/24):
 Camping at Clarke ($11.00)
Sleeping bag space at Clarke in air conditioned indoor area ($22.00)
Single dorm room at Clarke (1 single bed) ($48.00)
Double dorm room at Clarke (2 single beds) ($80.00)
Make your own arrangements at a nearby hotel

Mark Fry will stay at the dorm next to activities, food and start the next morning. Lodging on Friday night TBD. The ride will transport your overnight bag and change of clothes to Clarke and back.
